PDT doesn't want Horizon out, PDT wants service to PDX, not SEA. It's as simple as that.
They have actually stated publicly that they feel the Q400 is too big and the wrong airplane. They not only want PDX, but they want smaller planes. Hence the reason they don't want Horizon. Based on their actions, I would bet the community supports SeaPort on the application.
