I'm in Woodland, WA, 21 miles from Portland, and get Alaska miles...

From the receipt I got about an hour ago:

"As of today you have accumulated $XXX toward your next Alaska Airlines Bonus Mileage."

And I know we're in the Portland division...my best friend used to work for Safeway and she told me that multiple times.
