I talked with them for 40 min and with 3 different people all of them going to ask their supervisor. So I really don't feel like trying again.


I've just finished writing a complaint and have a print of the website. I will send both of them when I know who to send it to. I'm afraid that if I just send it to flying blue they will jsut forget all about it.
