Revised assistance questions...
Thank you everyone for your assistance. This is great!
Having studied the sticky, now I have a couple of new questions!
Mom is staying at B Akasaka Hotel, part of ISHIN Hotel Group. Through the hotel's website's FAQ, the "Getting there from Narita" instructs to take the Limousine Bus to ANA Hotel Tokyo, and then a 5-minute taxi to B Akasaka.
Thus my question is related to logistics - once Mom gets out of the Limousine Bus and gets her luggage, *how* does she get a taxi? Can she just walk her luggage to a porter or someone working by the bus area at ANA Hotel and ask for help getting a taxi to B Akasaka?
Also, we're US citizens and Mom doesn't speak Japanese; it's her first trip to Japan as well. So... will she have trouble with Limousine Bus Co or getting that taxi at ANA Hotel if she's only speaking in English? It's easy to assume that "lots" of people in Tokyo speak English but I'd rather just ask here!
Thanks!
Michael
