Just checked in at YVR, they fixed it in the KLM service-desk so my boarding card reads gold. The KLM-lady did actually do what was suggested here, she pulled the card number off the ticket 2-3 times and she could then print bc's with correct status. So, getting into the lounge here was no problem.

BTW, have held the petroleum card for some time, so lounge access in AMS has never been a problem....
