I don't know about 32, but on the 762, 33C and 33E are considered jump seats because there are not enough J/S for the number of crew that UA uses on the flight. This is because UA uses significantly more than the FAA minimum on trancon flights. These seats also have "For Crew Use Only" signs permanently attached to them, and I do not think GAs ever assign them. However, I do not think that any seats in row 32 are reserved for crew.
