Then this agents needs to be properly retrained. Anyone on a same day United or star Alliance meber international flight in C or F or a Premier Executive is allowed access into the RCC lounge or Star Alliance member lounge, and this applies at domestic connections and their cities as well that are for less than 24 hours.
