Call skymiles to ask that specific question. But I will tell you I have made the ATL-ICN flight a few times and have been on Korean Air booked through Delta, and have recieved MQM's and Bonus MQM's for a Y class ticket. I know that is nt the same as a Q, but thought it might be encouraging!
