The Hilton sign went up on the building about 2 weeks ago. It has been interesting seeing this property go up. It is on the East side of the AZ loop 101, just North of the AZ 202 (Santan), very close to the Chandler Mall (just across the 101 freeway, accessible via Fry Rd). Looks like a smallish property, but many will have balconies (although the balcony for many will overlook the freeway).

I keep looking on the Hilton site, but don't yet see this available to book, not even into the future. From what I can see, I'd estimate it should be ready for business by Jan 1.
