3 friends and I want to do something different in Thailand in October and are thinking about renting a car (in Bangkok) and touring around for approximately 5 days. We are not nervous about driving in Thailand (a few of us have driven in far more chaotic countries).
Does anyone here have recommendations about car rental agencies that are reliable and have reasonable prices? We are big/tall guys so we need a relatively large car. Also, we have been to (many of) the well-known tourist sites in Thailand such as Chiang Mai, Ayuthaya, Sukothai, Kanchanaburi, so we are looking for some places well-worth visiting. (temples, nature reserves, national parks, .....)
