I bet its the t*sser i saw on Monday giving the lounge dragons the hairdryer treatment - something about "this should have been f'ing sorted" followed by more f'ing words and rummaging in his bag.

Lounge Dragons kept kindly asking him not to shout etc. I fully expected the guy to have a tantrum baby style with legs and arms kicking... I just smiled at the lounge dragons, ok, it was more of a smirk...
