Well, if CO would have been smart, they would have bought the A300-600 at some point. Great range, lots of seat (around 300) and it's a widebody. Perfectly designed for short- and longhoul. Of course, it's "just" an Airbus.
The widebody experience is way superior to narrow body. Even in Y it feels like lots more space. Narrow body on the TATL is just sick but some are so desperate, they even pay for that
