Definitely read the sticky but they could take the airport limousine bus->hotel. Lots of space for luggage, goes door-to-door (depending on what hotel they are staying at) so they won't have to schlep bags around. They'll even get help loading and unloading luggage. All for 30 bucks or so one-way.
