"Refuse lounge entry and refer customer to BA"
Passing through the Anna Livia lounge in Dublin on a DUB-LCY in CE recently I noticed an A4 page posted on the inside of the reception desk but fully visible to any pax signing in.
The page listed a surname, Gold EC number and expiry date and the message that the person should be refused lounge entry and referred to BA.
A little indiscreet....
