dont worry about the 'information only'.
Since EI have left oneworld, im guessing there system does not talk to BA system as efficiently as before and therefore will only show as information only which means ba can see the segments but cant do anything with them.
I have had similar problems with a BA/Kingfisher combo. i was travelling lhr-bom-cok rtn and on BA.com i could see the ba flights as confirmed but strangely kingfisher was showing as info only and even more weird was that Ba.com thought that IT(kingfisher code) was for some eastern european airline called Irtysh Arvia on a flight from Bom to Cok.
another weird one was again BA/kingfisher combo but this time it was lhr-bom-goa and again ba flights showed up as confirmed but strangely only the goa-bom showed up as info, the bom-goa had completely vanished but it didnt make a difference, both flights were in the confirmed, its just that different systems dont talk to each other properly and it can look worrying!
FYI, both times the ticket was 001 (AA)! so i had a booking made on AA system which sent out details to BA and Kingfisher. It was like a threesome and somewhere in the middle the information dissapears into a great unknown!
i wouldnt worry but for piece of mind, try and access the EI flight from EI website and BA from BA, both should be ok and you have the itinerary to show all flights confirmed and ticket number issued!
take it easy and i hope this info was helpful!
