MMB on ba.com is not particularly clever at displaying full details of sectors flown on partner airlines (excluding QF and the like). This includes class of travel. Full details should be shown though if you plug your BA ref into www.checkmytrip.com

An additional consequence of a mix of carriers in one PNR is that often the mileage and tier points that should be accrued on such a booking will not display correctly at the bottom of booking on ba.com

In summary, you have nothing to worry about.
