I've been to Prague, Budapest, Paris, Istanbul, but wasn't at Hilton/Marriott properties so can't help you wrt the properties in those locales if you choose any of them.

Have you ever stayed at the Hilton Vienna Plaza? is it worth the extra pts?
If Im correct its way on the other side of the Ring Strassse. I happen to like the location of both The Stadpark and Marriott
