Well it's a truly great location and prices will reflect it. I just chose a random weekday in November and the lowest rate is GBP179 for an advance purchase non-refundable rate. Aside from the cookie, I assume you'll get the wonderful Sweet Dreams beds, so once it is fully renovated as a Doubletree, the prices can only get higher.

My only concern is that Doubletrees can be a bit bland. The rooms are always a bit Pottery Barn and I'm not sure that this will suit the location. The Courthouse currently uses words like "flamboyant" in its description, so I hope that this Doubletree pays a bit more attention to style and eccentricity to do the location justice.
