As LIH Prem noted, the two-class 777s have 21" wide domestic First Class seats with 38" pitch. Row 1 has a few extra inches of pitch, so it is my recommendation. The aircraft also has a generous Economy Plus section.

Three-class 777s flying from ORD, IAD, EWR, and JFK to Europe usually have Economy Plus and "Business Plus" (with an extra 5" of pitch).

Three-class 777s flying from SFO and LAX to Europe, and 777s flying from SEA, SFO, LAX, DEN, and ORD to Asia and Oceania usually do not have either Economy Plus or Business Plus.

All three-class 777 aircraft are in the process of being converted to a single standard that will offer both Business Plus and Economy Plus. No clue as to when this will happen.
