F is a standard domestic F seat.

The international configurations are different. There are two versions of the international version. Both have 3 classes. Many of the long-haul versions usually used over the Pacific (to Asia, not Hawaii) or from West Coast to Europe do not have C+. If you look at seatguru.com, he has all the configs shown there.
