Can you please describe how upgrade procedures are better? Everything I've read tells me NW elites get far more upgrades. And NW's automatic upgrade system and real-time upgrade lists on nwa.com seem to be top-notch. I find it hard to believe DL's procedures are that much better. So, once again, for a data point: what is your upgrade percentage this year? Again, to me, this is absolutely key.
