I have flown DL lately and I have not had the same experience as you. Granted, some of this is because NW elites fly up front pretty much all of the time and DL does not reciprocate so DL to us = back of the bus right now. I would tell you that we are used to having the NW elite phone line, 5 day prior EUA's, and Worldclubs and I just do not find DL as good in those areas. IFE is nice but many very frequent flyer's do not use it anyway and I am one of them. I watch what I want on my laptop or work. I HATE comair...Hate the RJs and hate ATL. I know you don't agree but you asked why the emotion and I think this sums up most of it.
