My first post, so if I'm in the wrong place don't shout at me, just point (politely please) in the right direction.
Unlike many here, I'm not a world weary F class person. I'm looking to make the most of my first 'First' flight with BA next month LHR-BKK-SYD and I'm happy to admit to being excited about it. It's a leisure flight to a prolonged holiday in OZ.
With all the shuffling of routes to terminal 5, reference to the Concorde room in terminal 4 seems to have disappeared. I'm not fussed about a lounge being all sparkly and new, I'd much rather it wasn't crammed full of 'noisy suits'. Have they taken it away from me before I even get there?
I saw some reference to a 'chef's theatre'. I'd really rather sit somewhere quietly sipping champagne than watch a cook at work... Does that make me a snob?
While Im at it, current lounge champagne recommendations?
