I'm silly for asking the question (having neither halal or kosher requirements) but figured that it's possible but would require both commitment and a decent product offering and customer base.
Vegan restaurants may scrape in on a technicality; I figure with so many people traveling (even 'Religious Travel'-ing

) we should be able to answer the question. Perhaps it will take some investigation.
