I had to doublecheck for my card also, as I did not get it. Turns out, that a couple months before a letter from LH was not delivered and returned to them, so they marked my address invalid and did not send anything.
You should have access to the HON Circle pages even with you Senator number, so log in there and call the HON Circle service, so they can follow up.
