swiss lost my baggage and customer care does not respond
Hi,
I recently took a Swiss airlines flight in August and at reaching the destination my bag did not arrive. Of course, I filed a complaint with the local baggage handling office.
Now, it has been more than a month and I have returned back home (Barcelona) but without my baggage. I emailed swiss customer care in Spain and they replied that I would be contacted very soon and they will compensate for the loss. Now, it has been 2 weeks and they still have not contacted me.
I sent a few emails to them this week and the last week but as of today, they didnt even reply. I called the customer care on phone and they said I will be contacted in 2 days. Of course no one has tried to contact me.
I even sent a fax to Swiss Switzerland office but did not get any reply for them either.
Is this a normal customer care behavior for Swiss or its just Swiss Spain?
Is there something else I should do to make them reply to me?
