No, BOS is not horrible, and with improvements to the roadways in and out of BOS proper (and in and out of the City of Boston due to the Big Dig) it may have been horrible before, but now just periodically unpleasant. But I will grant brendog's point that MHT might be a more pleasant point of entry.
