Tried to book points nights for Jan 7-9, 2009 at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, FL. Spg.com shows standard rooms available (superior room is standard) but Platinum Concierge could not "see availability". Concierge said that the hotel has their own inventory that he may not have access to for points purchases. What gives?
