I think you will be OK, as up to date, there has been no talking about the issue with Aviacsa. In case anything happens, you will have to exchange the tickets with another airline and pay whatever they charge extra for letting you fly with them. With Aerocalifornia, everyone had to pay, I think, $100 USD per segment as a special fare with the ticket of Aerocalifornia in hand, and off course, you are stand by for the flight with the new carrier.
At this time, they have what in the mexican law is call and "Amparo" or protection until a judge rules in favor or against the airline. This ruling can take some time (remember, is Mexican judicial system) and we donīt know when will it happen. But up to date, non of those two airlines have paid in cash for the government airspace tax, like Continental Express did a few months back when they were about to loose their consesion in Mexico.
