Correct. Original rez agent said I could cancel the itin without penalty due to the likelihood of the DCA-PHL delay resulting in a missed PHL-BDL flight.

Recent rez agent said, "No. Flight was not delayed or cancelled. And no remarks in your rez".

All I have to show as evidence is my Amtrak ticket stubs.
