I'm thinking it must be Grenade Month here at my airport, as this morning we had another interesting item, a hand grenade belt buckle that was judged to be a realistic replica. Not sure whether it was confiscated by LE or voluntarily surrendered by the PAX. I hear the person wearing it was being escorted in by an airside employee -- in most cases, this means a new worker who hasn't been badged yet. Nothing like getting off to a good start in your new job -- D'OH!
