Flew UA 3 on Monday. It showed 763 around 10pm on Sunday night with same symptoms (i.e., no seat map, res couldn't change seat assignments). It was indeed a 763 when I boarded. It was a 762 on Tuesday though. I think it's totally frickin' random this month.
