In July, my partner and I flew the YVR-YYZ route on a Latitude fair (UG to J-class) and the IFE wasn't working. The flight attendants brought around the coupons for everyone to complete noting that we should receive reimbursement within a month or so. He chose the miles option and I chose the coupon option. Neither of us has yet received any compensation at all so I just sent a letter off to AC this week.

Nice gesture of them to do that.
