In the TB forum, he claims never to receive PMs about TB-related issues. When I know I've sent him PMs that mention TB topics. I even posted a PM that I sent him. Only to have him deny receiving any corespondence on the subject a mere seven posts later.

True, that wasn't the main topic of my PM, but I strongly suspect those posters who claim to receive hundreds of PMs and e-mails on various TB subjects would have counted it!
