How much is a UFC (Upgrade For Cash) going for on this route these days? I thought it was only $550 for this segment. Has this changed?
The reason I ask is that, in case the SWU doesn't work out, if the OP is interested in a UFC to sit in Business, and the E+ cabin remains wide open in the days leading up to the flight, he might want to consider holding off on the E+ buy up and use the money for a UFC instead (since the E+ buyup will NOT be refunded if the OP later upgrades to Business).
