Yes, exact dates, but not the preferred route on the outbound trip - hopefully something better will pop up later.

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?

Spent about 4 hours online with ANA search and Expertflyer - I don't think a phone agent would have had the patience to help me with my task, since I had to synchronize the trip with two other paid tickets on set dates.

- How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?

Once. Told them what I had found and was able to book it right away.
