and what DO you like that each airline is doing, and how important are some of these to you?

Is online-checkin that important if they don't have kiosks? Do you always fly Hawaiian because of the first class, or because of the mileage links? do you pick Island Air over go! Express/PacWings because of miles, or you simply don't like the Caravans?
