As we were all walking to board the plane, the first GA scanned my boarding pass, and then there was another GA about 20 feet down collecting paper tickets as we entered the jetway. I knew right away there was going to be a problem. "I need your ticket please," she said as I walked up. "No, I have an electronic ticket...no paper," I said. She rolled her eyes at me like I was biggest hassle she had to deal with all day, and motioned me on the plane.
