If staying at this hotel I assume dining options are limited to one of its restaurants -- Andiamo, Gaslight. I'm not into sports bars. I assume these are decent? I'm not looking for haute cuisine, just don't want to be disappointed at Hilton prices.

Or, are there any restaurants outside security in one of the domestic terminals that FlyerTalkers would recommend?
