Just heard that UA CS can issue e-tickets for AQ codeshare. Evidently, went into affect yesterday.

I have an award trip in Apr, TPA-ORD-SFO-OGG, and using AQ for an inter-island trip. Only 10K miles, for roundtrip on AQ (OGG-LIH, and back). The MP CSA informed me to wait until yesterday to confirm the AQ flight to get an e-ticket. Guess they only use to issue paper. Will be my first time on AQ.
