Refare when fare decreases but fare bucket full?

Say I have a reservation in L class.
The L bucket for the flight I am on is sold out.
But when I price another flight on the same day with L bucket availability, I see that the fare has gone down.
Am I entitled to a refare?
When I call the agent will see that the price has gone up because the computer tells him/her the price based on the currently available lowest fare bucket for the flights I am on.

I can't do this on united.com because it is part of a multi-segment itinerary.

Thanks.
