I've been periodically viewing the seat plan of my flight to see if it's filiing up. It was a 3 class 777 (BOS-LHR, BA214, Dec 4th). There's my mum, myself and my infant son, and so I'd selected 11EF to be snug in the middle seats with a bassinet.

Looking at it now, the seat plan appears to be a 4-class configuration, and 11EF is one row from the front of Club. The seats up front are rows 1-4, with all seats occupied. The seat letters are A-EF-G, although there is no 3EF. There's then a WC and two wardrobes, and then Club begins at row 10 (there's no rows 5-9). The seats are lined up as A-B-DEF-G-JK, i.e. there's 4 aisles! To top it all off, there's a bassinet out on the wing by row 15.

What's that all about? I've moved us to 15EF for now...

Max
Seems like you have an aircraft substitution with a 4 class 777 flying a 3 class (No F) flight.
