Try running IE without the addins: Start | Run | iexplore.exe -extoff

If that works then it is one of the addins that it breaking it. You can then start re-enabling a few at a time until you figure out which one breaks it.

Also, I'm going to update the thread title to be more useful now that the thread is over in Travel Technology.
