I had it ICN-SFO. I liked it except for the fact that they had a lot of weird, odd vegetables rather than just red leaf or romaine lettuce (i.e. weird herby greens, sesame leaves, that kind of thing

). Other than that it was good.
As for how to eat the ssam bap, you put a bit of rice, the bulgogi, and whatever other fixins you'd like to put in it (the ssamjang sauce thing also) and then you wrap it up and eat the whole thing in one bite. It's pretty good if you like that kind of thing.
