Not sure what they consider a "view" but I had two 5K award stays there in May and on both occasions received a room on a high floor looking out on the Tower side of the city. Both rooms were King bedded and renovated (I think the whole hotel has now been upgraded) with LCD TV, On the first stay I had a corner room with windows overlooking Albert to the harbour as well as the Tower. The other was just a view to the Tower. I had no complaints considering I "spent" so little for the room.
