Currently the CO Presidential Plus MasterCard is the ONLY way to earn EQM without actually flying.

2000 EQM per $25,000 charged....and I believe there is a limit of 28,000 EQM a year.

However, if you are charging that much on your card that you'd max out you should probably have an AMEX centurion card which gives you perpetual Gold Elite status.
