From memory on Sunday, when I was in 12H (and still a bit bleary-eyed after negotiating ORD ATC and MX), but the missing window is the forward-most of the three that would normally be in that row. There can definitely be noise from the Y cabin as there are often babies at the bulkhead and the divider is limited in size.
