I agree with the other posts but there are point promotions in other programs as well so I limited myself in my opinion to the top 3 cons and pros

EB+
  • Good point upgrades Economy to Economy+
  • Diners Card purchases give good value to EB points
    (may difffer country to country)
  • Raddisson SAS points per night not per stay

EB-
  • 25% point miles on lowfare tickets
  • SK tickets on SK codeshare does not always give points
  • No access to SAS operated lounges if EBS
