on a passport book, it starts with "P<USA.............." ("P" for Passport)

Highly dobutful.

Internal passports were a thing done by the Soviets in good ole' Soviet Russia... I can't make up a In Soviet Russia joke atm.

Anyways, it was more or less a way to keep the population in line... kinda like what I do for at least according to Spiff.... keep people in line of party line of glorious Kommunist Party.

In Soviet Russia.... yeah... I can't come up with anything.

I do remember though, a few years ago, visting papersplease.org or something like that and seeing a photoshopped picture of some DHS folks in East German Stasi uniforms...

Who'd thunk it I'd be working for that same organization just a few years later.
