I haven't been to it but I do now of Horwood House, an uncle lives about 5 miles from it, and I have other family in Milton Keynes. Did you get to visit Xscape for some indoor skiing?
We did make to Xscape, but only to a couple bars. It was a 43 pound cab ride each way for 13 people (large van and a sedan) from the hotel (expensed to the firm, naturally). Our training kept us going the during the days and the other nights we didn't make it to Milton Keynes, we racked up tabs at the hotel bar.
